The method · proprietary
The method, published in full.
Most agencies keep the how to themselves. We publish ours: four pillars, sixteen verifiable controls, one pass across every engine that answers your buyers. Read it, hand it to another agency if you want — the work is in running it, not in knowing it.
Framework GEO-360: how we make you the answer.
Our named, documented GEO method: 4 pillars, 16 verifiable controls, one coherent pass across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overview, Copilot and Gemini. It compounds over 6-12 months; nobody can honestly promise faster.
Pillar 01
Schema.org & structured data
18+ schema typesA full structured-data graph (Organization, Service, Article, FAQPage, Person, Breadcrumb) so AI engines can read who you are, what you sell and why you're credible, machine to machine.
Pillar 02
Direct-answer content
≤50-word answersEvery key page opens with a direct answer an LLM can extract as-is, then earns the depth. Short, stat-dense, source-cited passages are what AI engines actually quote.
Pillar 03
AI-bot accessibility
GPTBot · ClaudeBot · morerobots.txt open to AI crawlers — and, before it, a CDN that is not blocking them by default. Then clean semantic HTML and fast server-rendered pages. If the bots can't read you cheaply, you don't exist in their answers.
Pillar 04
E-E-A-T signals
Proof, dated & verifiableA verifiable author identity, screenshot-backed results with dates, external citations and a named methodology, the trust signals AI engines weigh before citing anyone.
What changed in 2026, and what we changed because of it
A method that never moves, in a field this young, is a method nobody re-tested. So here is the log: what actually changed on the engines' side this year, the source for each point, and what it changed in the four pillars above.
July 2025 → September 2026
robots.txt stopped being the door
Cloudflare, which stands in front of a large share of the web, has blocked AI crawlers by default on new domains since 1 July 2025. From 15 September 2026 its default settings also block “mixed-use” crawlers — a single bot doing search, agents and training at once — on any page that carries ads.
What we changed
Pillar 03 now starts at the CDN, not at robots.txt. A site can pass every on-page check and stay absent from the answers because the edge replied to the bot before the site ever saw it. It is the first thing we look at, and the cheapest thing to fix.
3 June 2026
Measurement stopped being blind
Search Console gained a report of its own for generative AI features: how often your pages appeared inside AI Overviews and AI Mode, broken down by page, country, device and date. It reports impressions. It does not report the query that triggered them, nor a position.
What we changed
The baseline is no longer only our dated screenshots. We connect the report, take the reading before anything is touched, and re-read it every month — while still running the queries by hand, because the report never tells you what was asked.
Google's own guidance
There is no magic file and no magic markup
Google's documentation on AI features is explicit: no new machine-readable file, no AI text file and no special schema.org markup is required to appear in AI Overviews or AI Mode. No engine, either, has published anything that makes llms.txt a citation signal.
What we changed
We stopped selling structured data and llms.txt as tickets into AI answers. Both stay in the framework for what they actually do — make an entity resolvable machine to machine, and make a site cheap for an agent to read. Neither is a guarantee, and whoever sells you a schema pack as one is quoting nobody.
Since AI Mode launched
One question is now a dozen searches
Google describes AI Mode as using a “query fan-out” technique: the question is broken into subtopics, several related searches are issued at once, and one answer is assembled from what comes back.
What we changed
Pillar 02 stopped aiming at the question and started covering the questions it explodes into. In practice: a cluster of self-contained passages, each answering one sub-question outright, rather than one long page pointed at one keyword.
2026 data
The heaviest lever sits outside your site
Ahrefs measured brand visibility factors across 75,000 brands: branded web mentions correlate with appearing in AI Overviews far more strongly than backlinks do. Correlation is not causation and we do not present it as such — but every on-page control put together weighs less than what third parties say about you.
What we changed
Pillar 04 grew teeth. Third-party presence and dated, verifiable proof became work in their own right instead of a finishing touch — and it is the honest reason this is a six-to-twelve-month program rather than a repair.
What did not change: the four pillars. Nothing this year invalidated them. What moved is where each one starts, and what counts as proof.
