AI visibility
Found by AI, booked direct. Marrakech has around 1,200–1,400 riads and boutique hotels actually trading. Most of them already have a site and a booking engine. Almost none of them are the answer an AI gives.
The problem is rarely the website.
We checked ten Marrakech riads live in June 2026. Only two had no website. The rest already ran a site and a booking engine — Octorate, CloudBeds, ReservationKey. They were losing direct bookings anyway, for two reasons we could screenshot: they never came up when someone asked an AI for a riad, and their own brand searches were being intercepted — Booking bidding on their name, white-label OTA clones burying their real site.

Riad Visible
you already have a decent site and a working booking engine — you're just not the answer
AI-visibility audit on eight buy-intent queries across ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, with dated screenshots. Then the fix: correct hotel schema down to room level, AI-readable foundations, Google Business Profile, name-address-phone consistency everywhere, and brand-search recovery so your own name leads back to you.
Riad Direct
you have no real direct channel — a brochure site, or bookings handled by hand over email
A fast multilingual site with a page per room type, backed by your booking engine: the availability shown is the real one, and your OTA calendars stay in sync through that engine. The booking itself is completed there — we do not replace it, we put it front and centre. If you run no engine at all, we set up Beds24. Everything in Riad Visible is included.
Riad Suite
you want the direct channel and the concierge, handled
Riad Direct plus an AI concierge on one knowledge base and two channels — a sales agent on the site, a guest concierge on WhatsApp — plus abandoned-booking recovery and a post-stay review loop.
Four things we will not pretend.
We do not build booking engines. We wire yours up, or we set up Beds24 on a low monthly subscription paid by you, direct to them. Room inventory, availability calendars and OTA sync are rented, not written by us — that is deliberate, because a booking engine we wrote is a double-booking waiting to happen.
Online deposits are not a given in Morocco. Stripe does not accept Moroccan merchants. Card deposits run through CMI, which the international engines do not integrate out of the box. Unless we have checked your CMI contract and tested it, the default is booking confirmed, payment on arrival.
We do not shoot photos or video. It matters enormously for conversion, and it is not what we do. You supply them, or we quote it as a separate line from someone who does.
We do not promise a percentage. No "+40% direct bookings". We model the arithmetic with your numbers — your rate, your occupancy, your OTA share — and you decide whether it is worth it.
We run marrakechprivate.com, a Marrakech hospitality platform we built. Over the 90 days to 8 August 2026 it took 7,454 organic clicks from 550,790 impressions at an average position of 8.1 — figures exported straight from Google Search Console, not modelled. It is also the site where our AI concierge and our automation stack run in production.

Five buy-intent queries run by hand across ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, with dated screenshots of who gets recommended instead of you. Three a week, no charge, no commitment.
Will this get me off Booking.com?
No, and anyone promising that is selling you something. Booking has been plugged directly into ChatGPT since early 2026, so an AI can complete a reservation without ever touching your site. What a direct channel does is change the arithmetic: a direct card payment through CMI costs you roughly 2%, an OTA booking costs 15–20% plus payment fees. Shifting even part of your volume is worth real money, every month.
I already have a booking engine. Is that wasted?
No — it is the normal case, and it is good news. We connect to Octorate, CloudBeds, ReservationKey or whatever you run. You keep your rates, your calendar and your OTA sync exactly where they are. What changes is the site in front of it and whether an AI ever sends anyone to it.
Can guests pay a deposit online?
Sometimes, and we will tell you honestly which case you are in before you sign. Stripe does not accept Moroccan merchants, so a card deposit means a CMI contract with your bank — roughly 1.5–2.5% per transaction, settled in one to three working days. The international booking engines do not integrate CMI as standard. Where that path is not open, the site confirms the booking and you take payment on arrival, which is how most riads in the medina already work.
How many languages?
French and English are the baseline. Spanish, German and Italian are an option, and so is Arabic with full right-to-left layout. It is priced as a percentage of the build rather than per word, because the cost is in the layout and the structured data, not the translation.
Does the price depend on how many rooms I have?
Partly, and we would rather be straight about which part. Building five room pages or twenty is nearly the same work — it is one template. What genuinely scales is room-level structured data and a rate grid per room type. So room count moves the price because it moves what the site is worth to you, not because it doubles our week.
What do you need from me to start?
Whether you sell by the room or let the whole riad — that decides the structured data outright. Your tourism operating licence, your CMI contract if you have one, access to Search Console and your Google listing, and your real photos. And your actual numbers, so the arithmetic we show you is yours and not a market average.
