Claude Code training and setup for teams and independents
Claude Code is Anthropic's coding agent: it works in the terminal, reads your code and takes a task through to the end. We install it on your machines and repositories, set what it is allowed to do, and train your team on its real work. Thibaut Campana runs every session himself, in French or English, in Marrakech, in France or remotely. Here, it already runs a YouTube channel and a news site that publish on their own.
Installing takes one command. The rest you learn by using it.
Anthropic publishes good free courses, and they are enough to get started. The questions come afterwards. What can it do unsupervised? How do you stop an API key ending up in a repository? How do you write instructions it still follows three months later? What will it cost per developer? We answer those on your code, with the settings we use ourselves.

Every firm price matches a written number of days and hours. Only the complete system is shown as a starting price, because it is quoted after a paid scoping session.

Prices exclude tax. Dirham prices apply to clients established in Morocco. The Claude subscription, in your name, and travel outside Marrakech are not included.
What stays in place after the setup.
On the first morning, your developers have a tool on default settings. By the third evening, they have a tool set up for your company, and a document for running it without us.

What it can do alone, what it has to ask, what it may never touch. Written in a shared file and reviewed with you.
The secrets guard
An automatic check that blocks a key or password before it reaches a repository, plus the sensitive files it does not read.
Instructions for your repositories
One CLAUDE.md file per repository, up to three: how the project runs, how it is tested, and what has already broken.
Your repetitive tasks
Up to five skills, meaning five procedures it can follow alone: a review, a deployment, a report, depending on what you actually do.
Your tools
Up to two MCP connections, so it can read your ticket system or your database, for example, with limited rights.
The handover
One scheduled task that runs without you, a handover document, and one hour with the person who will look after it.
We only teach what runs here.
A feature we have never run does not go on the programme, however new it is and however often we are asked. That is the case today for Managed Agents, Anthropic's hosted agent service. Here is what does run.
A YouTube channel that publishes itself
L'IA du Jour puts out two editions a day unattended: picking sources, a script written by Claude, editing, upload, replies to comments. 890 videos online as of 2 Nov 2026, for 70 subscribers: it proves the machine holds up, not that it builds an audience. We built it and we repair it with Claude Code.

Three times a day, a scheduled task writes an article for IA Actu, updates the index and the sitemap, then deploys the site. 68 articles online. The text comes from free models and nobody reviews it: this is our test bed. For a client, we keep a human approval step.

On Marrakech Private, a scheduled task runs Claude Code unattended: checking addresses, finding stale pages, writing reports. Publishing stays a human decision.
Monitoring all of it
39 scheduled tasks and services are in place on our main machine. An hourly check looks at the channel and restarts a failed episode, a local dashboard follows background missions, and a daily task flags the quotes to chase.
Measured use
280 days of use, 2,707 sessions and 442,048 tool calls, from 20 Dec 2025 to 7 Oct 2026. The figures come from Claude Code's local statistics.
The configuration we maintain
65 skills, 10 subagents, 5 control scripts and 6 MCP servers, all used on our own projects. The settings we install come from there.
A LinkedIn pipeline
It prepares posts and records their results. Nothing goes out without approval.
Video editing
Every edition of the channel is edited by code, with Remotion. We also have a tool that cuts the silences and retakes from a talking-head video and subtitles it, so far validated on a test video. Claude Code is not only for writing application code.
An MCP server
It gives Claude read access to Search Console and Analytics, so our audits start from measured data.
What Claude Code will cost you, on top of us.
Anthropic states about 13 USD per developer per active day in enterprise use, or 150 to 250 USD a month, and under 30 USD a day for 90% of users (documentation read on 2 Nov 2026).
The figure varies widely with the model, the size of the codebase and how many tasks run in parallel. The subscription or API key stays in your name, and that bill does not go through us. We help you pick the plan before we start.
What we tell you before you sign.
ZAOURI is independent from Anthropic, which has neither approved nor sponsored this offer. We are not an Anthropic partner, reseller or certified provider.
No OPCO, CPF or Qualiopi funding. ZAOURI is a Moroccan company. If your French company wants its training funded, a certified provider will suit it better.
We have not yet delivered a complete system to any company. What we install runs here. If yours is the first, the scoping document and the quote say so.
Automated things still break. Between 1 Oct 2026 and 2 Nov 2026, 56 of the channel's 105 runs failed, and 49 of 65 editions still came out, often after an automatic retry. From 30 Jul 2026 to 24 Sep 2026, one of its two pipelines stopped because a Google session had expired, and it took a person to reopen it. So we also tell you what you will need to watch.
It makes mistakes, confidently. It sometimes writes wrong code that looks right. The training spends time on review and testing, and no setup removes that work.

How much does Claude Code training cost?
At ZAOURI, a one-to-one half day costs 590 EUR, a team day 2 000 EUR and two team days 3 500 EUR, excluding tax and the Claude subscription. For a client established in Morocco: 3 500 MAD, 15 000 MAD and 25 000 MAD.
How much does a company Claude Code setup cost?
The team setup costs 4 500 EUR, or 30 000 MAD in Morocco, for three production days: permissions, a secrets guard, instructions on up to three repositories, five skills, two connections, one scheduled task, a handover document and one hour of handover.
Is there Claude Code training in Morocco?
Yes. We run it in Marrakech or remotely, in French or English, and elsewhere in Morocco with travel on top. It happens on your own code and can continue into a setup in your company.
Do I need to know how to code?
For the team formats, yes: we work on your repositories. For the First session and the Solo programme, no, but you need to be willing to work in a terminal and to review what the tool produces.
Can it be funded by OPCO or CPF?
No. ZAOURI is a Moroccan company without Qualiopi certification, so your company pays directly. If that funding is decisive for you, a certified French provider is the better route.
How is this different from Anthropic's free courses?
Claude Code 101 and Claude Code in Action explain the tool well, and we recommend them. Here, we work on your code, deal with your specific cases, and you leave with a configuration in place.
Is Claude Code available in Morocco?
Yes, Morocco is on Anthropic's list of supported countries. The point to check is payment: the subscription is billed abroad, and some Moroccan cards refuse that kind of charge. We check it with you before we start.
Does our code go to Anthropic?
Yes, what Claude Code reads is sent to Anthropic's servers to be processed. We set what it can read, exclude sensitive files, and review the terms of your plan with you. If your code cannot leave the company, say so before we start.
Who runs the training?
The founder, Thibaut Campana, who uses Claude Code daily to run this company. Nothing is subcontracted.
Can Claude Code run a YouTube channel or a website on its own?
Yes, we do it here: a YouTube channel with two editions a day and a news site with three articles a day. Claude Code is mostly what builds, monitors and repairs these pipelines; once in place, they run on scheduled tasks. Expect regular failures and a person to reopen expired sessions. An audience is not guaranteed: our channel has 70 subscribers. This work falls under the Complete system format, after a paid scoping session.
